Quotes are indicative and based on the information you supply. Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if the property differs materially from the description or photos provided.

Bookings & cancellations

Bookings can be rescheduled at no cost with reasonable notice. Weather-affected bookings are automatically rescheduled to the next suitable day.

Access & safety

You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access. Any hazards (dogs, alarms, fragile items) should be flagged in advance.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. Recurring commercial clients may arrange invoicing.

Liability

Reasonable care is taken with every clean. Any concerns should be raised within 24 hours so they can be addressed promptly.
